Chargeable Support Instances & Minimum Service Charges

Following are considered chargeable support instances.

Notice:

1. Service Charges are applicable on all service tickets except on service malfunction & errors by Cibol.
2. Restoration of hacked defaced websites is chargeable service.
3. Charges are only applicable if our technicians are asked to perform any services as listed below.
4. All support services would be prepaid - payable in advance.
5. All outstanding service payments must be cleared within 7 days of job performed else associated account(s) will be suspended.

Fixed Charges Instances for Email Accounts / Hosting / Domain Names / Server Maintenance

1. Resetting of any password. {Rs. 300 / US $ 8}
2. Resetting of multiple passwords - upto 4 in single instance. {Rs. 600 / US $ 15}
3. Creation / Removal / Editing of any email account (within an existing package). {Rs. 300 / US $ 8}
4. Creation / Removal / Editing of multiple emails - upto 5 (within an existing package). {Rs. 550 / US $ 15)
5. Integration of third party mailing server / DNS settings only. {Rs. 3000 / US $ 50)
6. Installation of SSL Certificate excluding the cost of certificate.  {Rs. 3000 / US $ 50)
7. Creation of database / Password Change of database). {Rs. 2000 / US $ 30)
8. Backup / Delivery of Databases / Projects. {Rs. 1750 / US $ 55 per instance, for current projects}
9. Basic Consultancy for services (does not include specialized consultancy).  {Rs. 5000 / US $ 100 per hour}
10. Annual Maintenance Package only for Servers / Hosting Support:
    BASIC: (for very individual or very small business):  Rs. 6500 / 4 Instances per year, max 2 hours each instance
    SOHO: (for small business with 5-10 employees): Rs. 14000 / 10 Instances per year, max 2 hours each instance
    SME: (for SME's with upto 50 employees) Rs. 50000 /  25 Instances per year, max 2 hours each instance

Charges for Content Changes, Script Updates & Modifications to Website

1. Minimum Service Charges: {Rs. 2500 / US $ 50)
2. Hacked Website Restoration - Minimum Service Charges: {Rs. 5000 / US $ 1000) Can increase based on complexity of restoration.
3. General Modificatioins or Content Addition like Designing / Programming Cost of Existing Website: {Rs. 750 / US $ 15 per hour - average cost or Rs 4000 / US $ 120 per day)
4. Modification of any content in website / project after initial delivery of the project. {Based on scope of work}
