OLD Mails Deleted – Recovery of Historic Data in Email Accounts – Datacenter Updates


Regarding issue of restoration of Historic data in emails, the datacenter is providing regular updates at an interval of 24 hours, and work on this is continuing unabated at their end 24x7.

As much hard as we have tried to answer all the support tickets on this topic from the past few days, still there is a massive load of queries posted on this issue and delay in answering them from our end. This delay as already informed is due to our functioning being brought to a full standstill because of a massive fire at our office, from where our Helpdesk functioned.

We have however left no stone unturned in restoring functioning and since yesterday have made our Helpdesk available from a temporary location till time time our office is not setup again.

At this time only 1 seat (out of 5) is functioning and we are making our helpdesk available on extended hours at this time so that unanswered tickets are responded. To avoid dealy kindly seek updates to this issue via the above post itself.
